Bihar Engineering Ugeac 2021 Admission

UGEAC (Bihar Engg) 2021- The BCECE Board (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) Conducts the UGEAC (Undergraduate engineering admission counselling) to take admission in B.TECH Course. UGEAC is the counselling process for admission in B.Tech courses in all the participating govt & private institutes of Bihar on the basis of candidates performance in JEE Main.

Interested candidates have to fill UGEAC application form within due dates in order to be considered for Counselling & then admission. BCECE Board will prepare a merit list of all the registered candidates on the basis of their score in JEE Main 2021.

Admission Process 

Click on Apply for UGEAC-2021 on BCECE Official Website

Step-1 Registration- 

• Fill your JEE Main Application number & D.O.B to verify your account.
• Then activate your account using OTP sent to your email & mob no. 
• Then sign in using your email & password (created by you).

   

Step-2 Personal info- 

• After successfull activating your account, sign in again and provide your personal information carefully.
• Then click save and continue.

Step-3 Upload photo & sign- 

• Upload your passport size photograph with high contrast (photo must be containing candidate's name & snapping date).
• Upload full signature in hindi & english.
• Then click save and continue.

Step-4 Educational info- 

• After that provide your educational information.
• Then click on save and continue.

Step-5 Preview your Application- 

• Verify your information/details carefully. you can edit if any mistakes entered.
• Thenclick on save and continue.

Step-6 Counselling fees- 

• After verifying your application click on proceed to payment.
• Counselling fee to be paid through Online payment or bank challan modes.
• 1200/- for UNRESERVED / BC / EBC candidates and 600/- only for SC / ST / DQ candidates.

Step-7 Download Part A & B- 

• After all above process Download your part A & B form & Keep it safe. you will need it during counselling time. (Mandatory)

Candidates having their name in the UGEAC merit list will be eligible for counselling rounds.

Eligibility

• Passed 12th Exam with physics & maths as compulsory subject alongwith one of the Chemistry/Biology/Biotech/Technical vocational courses and more as per prospectus.
• Obtained atleast 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in the above subjects taken together.
• No Age Restrictions.
• Medically Fit.
• Participated in JEE Main 2021
• Candidate must be an Indian & their parents should be permanent resident of Bihar / job in Bihar state..(for more follow see prospectus)

• Original admit card of JEE Mains 2021
• Original score card of JEE Mains 2021
• Passing certificate / mark sheet / admit card of matric / equivalent exam
• Passing certificate / mark sheet / admit card of 12th / equivalent exam
• Residential certificate
• Caste certificate
• Six Passport size photograph which was pasted on jee main admit card
• Printout of Filled application form part A & Part B of UGEAC 2021
• Aadhar Card
• Any other documents required (if any) such as (DQ / SMQ / EWS)
